PAYMENT :
Our secure shopping cart system is via PayPal where you may use your credit card or transfer funds from your Bank Account. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.

PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise for the upcoming season and is scheduled to ship at a future date.
Pre-orders for each upcoming season are clearly noted on our website under the category "Pre-Orders - (forthcoming season)".
All pre-order items require a 25% deposit that will be charged to your credit card at the time of ordering. Pre-order items are purchased just for you and are taken out of our pre-order inventory at the time you place your order. As we special order these items for you, any canceled orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The balance of your order is charged upon receipt of your item just prior to shipping. If the balance due is unpaid, we will add the item to our store stock for general retail purchase.
We will exchange pre-ordered items for another size, item or a store credit, provided that :

the hang-tags are still intact and attached to the merchandise;

the merchandise has not been worn, laundered or damaged in any way;

the merchandise is returned it is original packaging i.e. some merchandise is shipped in the manufacturer's plastic bag/wrapper and must be returned likewise.
Swimwear cannot be returned.
Pre-order items can only be canceled in the following instances :

due to circumstances out of our control, we are unable to order the product for you, in which case we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund of your deposit within 24 hours of being notified;
We offer free shipping on all pre-orders over $150. If you order multiple pre-order merchandise from us, we can hold those other items for you for a week to combine shipping. If, after a week, the other items are delayed those items will be subject to additional shipping charges. In most instances, we are able to work with you to help reduce additional shipping charges.
EXCHANGE POLICY (EXCLUDING PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE) :
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Victoria's Chic Boutique and that you enjoy your shopping experience with us.
We are happy to help with any questions about merchandise we sell and provide assistance with style selection, fabric content, color, sizing and measurements.
In the event an item ws not as expected, we will offer an exchange or store credit within seven (7) days of the purchase date. If it is necessary to exchange an item, you will need to contact us for an ARN (Authorized Return Number). This number must be written on the outside of the exchange package. If it is not written on the outside, we do have the right to refuse delivery. Shipping for both the return and the exchange item is at the expense of the customer.
PRIVACY POLICY :
At Victoria's Chic Boutique we take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will not rent, sell or divulge any of your personal information to any third parties.
Victoria's Chic Boutique only collects personally identifying information with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you enter the online store, you are able to browse without revealing any personal data whatsoever.
The only time we will collect information from you is when you are ordering online through our store during the checkout process.
Victoria's Chic Boutique does not have access to your financial information as we process all payments through PayPal's secure processing system. You may view PayPal's full processing guidelines at http://www.paypal.com. The only information we collect when purchasing from us is your name, shipping address and email address in order to process and ship your order. Once your order has been placed via PayPal's secure checkout, PayPal emails us to confirm that the payment has been authorized.
All information is stored in a secure database and is kept strictly confidential.
SHIPPING :
We ship orders Tuesday through Friday using United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, however, at checkout you will get the option to select your preference. Orders over $100 in the US only ship free (excluding My Girl and the City and custom made orders).
International orders are always welcome and you should email us at sales@victoriaschicboutique.com or use the "contact us" link stating your country and the item/s you wish to purchase so that we can calculate the shipping for you.
We ship all orders within 48 hours of payment (excluding custom made orders). Priority Mail is the most reliable and you should receive it within 3-5 business days depending on where you live (excluding custom made orders).
