Shipping
We ship via FEDEX only within the 48 contiguous States. Customers outside of the 48 contiguous States, i.e. Alaska and Hawaii, are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us prior to ordering so that we can calculate your shipping charges.
Customers within the US will always receive a FEDEX tracking number for deliveries at the time your order is shipped and it is the customer's responsibility to track its progress.
International orders are always welcome and you should email us at sales@victoriaschicboutique.com or use the "contact us" link prior to ordering, stating your country and the item/s you wish to purchase so that we can calculate the shipping for you.
If you do not contact us prior to ordering for an overseas destination, Alaska or Hawaii, the order will not be processed until the additional shipping charges have been paid. In which instance, we are not responsible for any delays in the processing of your order.
There are no refunds on shipments sent to customers outside of the 48 contiguous States, i.e. Alaska or Hawaii or international destinations with an incorrect address and/or the package is returned to us as "undeliverable". It is the customer's responsibility to track the progress of your package. We will contact you via email if we become aware of a delivery problem but due to the high volume of shipments we have on a daily basis it may not always be possible for us to be aware of a problem immediately.
All international orders are shipped via USPS unless specific arrangements have been made. |
